My future job

Hello friends, today I'm going to talk about my future job.

I allways have two dreams about my future work, and they are very relationated whit one of the things thah I more love in the life: Play roller hockey!

The first option is very realistic, cause some years in the future I want to be a Public administrator, for that, the first step is graduate of this carrer. In this case I want to work in the sports ministry, cause I see all the time how this departament only cares about sports like football soccer or tennis, but never made projects whit other kind of sport that aren't famous or needs so much resources to practiced them.

My other dream is so much fictitious, and to my age is almos impossible, but I always wanted to be a profesional Hockey player, and go to USA, play in the NHL for an important team of that country. For that I need to practice a lot of ice skating and train a lot to get have a better physical condition. The funny side of this job is that I will win a lot of money working in a thing that i love to practice, the money is importan cause whit that I want to made a big contribution to the hockey's world in Chile, and build a lot of fields to expand this beautiful sport in the chilean people.

How green are you?

Hi Friends! Today I'm going to talk obout recycle, and other green things that I think that are very importan on our life.

Well, Sincerely I'm not a person very interested in the recycle or in the enviromental problems, but I know that this things are very importants to preserve the world.

One of the most important things related whit the enviroment preservs, is the recycle. This is important cause prevents the pollute that we produce when we trought our trash, Making this trash in new things, givving a new application to our old things.

One of the most harmful actions that made the human to harm our enviroment are the cars and other conveyance. All this machines produce a lot of chemicals that affect directly to the air that we breath, and atacks the  ozone layer. For this reason the last year I get interested by a company of Ecotaxis. Because that, I enter to this company to work like a promoter, and learn a lot about this system and how this made and amazing contribution to the enviroment of Santiago.

Other things that I usually conducted to contribute to this problem are: I turn the lights off always when I don't use that. I unplug all the electronics when I go out of the house, and I have shorter showers to don't use too much water. 

A video that I like

Hi everyone! Today I'm going to talk about my favourite video.
This video show us a lot of images and scenes of "Rocko" the deceased dog of my girlfriend. Rocko died the last year cause he was so old and have a neuronal problem. This dog was like the brother of my girldfriend, and she suffer a lot for this situation.
The video is very soulful, in this we can see a lot of scenes of Rocko playing, eating, traveling and having fun times whit ol the family. Other very important thing that i love of this is the music, 4 songs very poignant that made more beautiful this amazing video.
My favourite part of rhe video is one of the first scene, when we can see to Rocko whit my girlfriend embraced,this all whit a black and white fiter and while the music was starting, that made the scene so perfect, it gives me a lot of emotion. My second fauvorite scene is when Rocko was drinking water from the hosepipe, it looked so happy! And that is a bit strange cause I always think that Rocko had a sad face, but in this scene I saw hi so entertaining.
The last part of the video that I love, is when Rocko was in the car and he was looking for the window the street and the people. He looks so concentrated and is like he was very serious.

A movie that i like and a movie that I hate

My favorite movie is "Submarine" (2010) directed by Richard Ayoade. The protagonists are: Craig Roberts like Oliver Tate, a 15 years old student who is observant and very shy; And Yasmin Paige like Jordana Bevans, her classmate and girlfriend, an inmature smoker and pyromaniac who suffer of Eczema, an illness that make she very reserved.
The movie is about how Oliver try to avoid the divorce of her parents and try to lost his virginity whit Jordana. The story takes place in Swansea, A city of Gales.
I like this movie cause the history and all the character are very interesting and have a lot of funny or serious moments that make you think a lot of things. As well as, this movie is special for me cause an important person show me this.
My favorite part is when Jordana says to Oliver that "a match's flame is like a tear falling down" embracing in her. I like this part cause the first time when Jordana stop to being whitdrawn, at least whir Oliver.

A movie that I hate is "Avatar", directed by James Cameron. I don't like this movie cause is so overrated, everybody says that was one of the best movies of the history, it won a lot of movie awards and collect a lot of money around the world, but I think that the story was like any other love movie, and the only new thing that this movie shhowed was the great special effects.

A day I will always remember

Hi everyone! Today I'm going to talk about a day that I will never forget.

This day was in october of this year, was in the night, and i will remember it because is one of the saddest moments of my life.
That night I was lying in my bed, and I listened a car braking violently, at the same time my aunt  scream my name. I quickly got a bad feeling.
After the scream I run to the street and I saw my sister whit my aunt with my dog in her hands. That car run over "Sasha", my dear dog.
I took my dog and ask for help to my neighbour, and we go quickly to the vet. I wait a lot of time in the emergency rom, waiting for my family and for a answer of the veterinarian. After one hour, my family arrive to the vet and the doctor says that my dog was better.
That night Sasha died and I still remember she and that day all the time, I miss my pet a lot.

The perfect song

Hi friends! Today I'm going to talk about my perfect song.
To start, the style of music that i like is Hip Hop Music, so my fauvorite song needs to be Rap.
This song is called "Carta de Renuncia" and was wrote by "Cevladé", a chilean rapper. I only like the live version of this song, cause this version transmits a lot of emotions. The beat of this song is very simple, only a couple of piano chords, but the most amazing of this song is the message. The song it's about the problems that the artist have between the musician life and his love history. The principal problem is that the artist don't has a profesional or stable  work and this is the most important thing to the society and to the Cevladé lover. So in the song he try to explain that he wants to resing the music to be accepted for the womans that he love.
Other thing that I love of this song are the embodied feelings, cause we can hear how the voice of the singer it brokes in a part of the song nearly to cry.

The best holidays I've had

I will never forget my favourite  holidays. This travel was in the 2012, when I have 16 years old. I went to Brazil, especifilcally to Camboriu and Foz do Iguazu.

I went whit my classmates cause this travell was our study tour, and was an important moment of my life because in that travel me and my classmates strengthened our friendship.

First, we went to brazil in aeroplane and arrive to Foz do Iguazu, that place was one of the most amazing places that I ever seen, cause we visited the waterfalls , the most beautiful place in "Foz". Later, we finally arrived to Camboriu, our principally stop. This place was incredible!!! A lot of people from many countries: Paraguay, Argentina and a lot of chilean people. The most important thing in Camboriu is the party, I went to a lot of clubs and drinked a lot of Caipirinha, the most famous drink in Brazil.  That beach is my fauvorite place in the world, i met a lot of funny people and have special moments whit all my friends.

 

My Autobiography

Hi everyone!!!

Mi name is Daniel Verdugo, I'm a student of Public Administration in the "Universidad de Chile". I'm 19 years old, I live in  La Florida all my life and study in a shool on the same pleace, the Instituto La Salle. 

I live only whit women, my mother, my sisters and my aunt, cause my father doesn't live whit my father, but I usually see him all the weeks. As well as, I have a dog called Cleopatra and is very important for me.

I love play inline hockey, is my favorite sport and I have training all the weeks. I play to the national selection in the past, but now I dedicate more time to study, so I only can play tournaments whit my team, called "Volcanes".

Evaluation of My Blogging Experience

I love my blogger experience, cause is a great opportunity to write my ideas and the thigs that i like. All the weeks we havc an special topic that made us give a meet about how is our life and the important things that mark the same.
Other important contribution that the blogger experience give us, is know a lot of new things about our classmates, cause we can see the blogs of all our friends and meet they interests about music, photos, influences, movies, etc.
As well as, its a great opportunity to learn new words in english lenguage, cause in all the activitys we talk about diferents topics, and we meet specific words that all the themes have. One of the most importants topics was when we talk about our favourites influence in the public administration, cause was the only one time in wich we talk about a specifically topic relationated with our carrer. This was very important, cause I chose Max Weber and I talk many things about their theorys and bring me a lot of vocabulary own of public administration.
Finally, I thank this activity cause made me learn a lot of things and gave me the opportunity to show to my classmates who I am, and show me too who they are.

My best friend

Its very dificult to me say who is my best friend, cause i ever says that i have two best friends.

The first is called Rodrigo, i met he in the school when i was about ten years old, but we became friends when we were 12 years old, so we are friends for 7 years.

The other one is called Nicolas, I also met he in the school at the same age, but we became friends when we have about 15 years old. 

I consider these people my best friends because they are the only ones able to brighten my day no matter what, They have the ability to make me laugh even in the most difficult moments that  I have passed. 

I have a lot of memories whit my friends, cause we were classmates had the chance to travel together to Brazil, in this travel we made a lot of interesting things and we had one of the best weeks of our lives, As well as I see them every week and never stops surprising me how many anecdotes generate together.

I hope that our friendship never ends, because these two people are very influential in my life and have taught me many things to be the person that I am today.

Best Concert I have seen

I've been to a few concerts, but my favourite concert was "el sur es hxc, estaba escrito". El sur es hxc is one of the most important festivals of Rap music in Chile, all the years have in stage the most importants artist of the national hip hop. 

I went to this festival the last year (2014) whit my best friend, his brother and my ex girlfriend, for my luck, my friend gifted me the ticket. In 2014 this festival took place in Luxor club in La Florida, Santiago. 

I love this concert cause many artist made their shows and cause I went whit two persons very importants for me. As well as, I like this cause had in the stage to Cevlade, my favourite rapper, who sang some of his best songs. 

The most important thing that happened in the festival was the return of Tiro de Gracia to a rapper stage, cause since their joined again, they only played music un festival whit other kind of music, but in El sur es hxc, they come back to the hip hop public, this is important cause Tiro de Gracia is one of the most important groups of Rap music in Latin America.

An Expert on your Field

 Honestly, I don't consider myself a fan of any expert who performs specifically in my field, but im going to speak of a character that I consider influential in some way in what we study and, at the same time, in some aspects related to public administration.

I will talk about Plato. He was a famous philosopher and mathematician, Plato was born in Athens, Greece in 427 a.c. Among his contributions, he was the creator of the Academy, a place that for 900 years was devoted to follow the legacy of Plato. Moreover, Platon went on to write interesting texts on philosophy, addressing political topics, ethics, education, among many other various topics. 115

I like this character, cause after more than two thousand years, his ideas remain completely cool, but now some theories could be consided absurd in the society in which we live, I believe that most of these have created the foundations of any kind mind in the political arena, Because since Plato, several important authors have considered his writing both to prove or reprove his statements,

A Photograph I like

This picture was taken by me the last year. In the image we can see the "Panul forest", the only urban forest in Santiago, ubicated in La Florida, and considerated the lung of the city, cause made a great work to clean the Santiago's air. I visit this place very frecuently whit my friends cause it have a beatiful view. 

Lamentably, a property company wants to destroy this place cause they wish make condominiums. This idea has a strong opossition by a lot of people who used this public park to do a lot of activities like cycling, picnic or trekking. 

I like this photo because remembers me all the things that I do in the forest whit my best friends and cause reminds me how lovely is the nature. As well as, I consider that this is a beautiful photo, cause we can see our mountain range, a lot of trees and the green colour that abounds in the forest.

My favorite movie

The only thing that I would change of the movie is the end, cause is a bit ambiguous.

My favorite festivity

My favorite festivity is "Fiestas Patrias", this festivity is celebrated all years in Chile on september, the origin of this celebration was in the 1810, especifically on 18th, when in my country a group of important people made de first Board of Governors, this date was important cause it was the first step to the Chilean's independece.
For this celebration's week the chileans usually have a few of days whit holidays, in these days we make a lot of activities very distinctive of our culture. We play games like emboque, rayuela and fly kites. A lot of familys eat roast meat, empanada. As well as, the chileans drink a lot of beer and wine, but our favorite drink is the Chicha.
I love this festivity cause join my country, we forget all our problems and we only worry about the party, the "fondas" and stay whit our familys and friends.

My favorite piece of technology

My favorite piece of technology is my cellphone. The principal function of a cellphone is call whit other persons, but presenly we use that for many things, cause the technology evolves her use and now can be used for things like play games, use social networks, like calculator or calendar and to listen music.

I buy it this year whit mi first salary, cause my previous cellphone died. I use my cellphone all the time, cuase help me to communicate whit my friends or my family, i use it principally to comunicate using whatsapp or facebook, to take pictures, to make phone calls and like alarm. 

I like my cellphone cause it hace a big screen, this is used for a more comfortable use, as well as i have download many applications to play games or make other interesting things. Without my cellphone, all my travels will be very boring, cause whitout it i can´t listen music or chat whit my friends. 

Expectations for a New Semester

I expect from this year learn about how i can be a really public administrator , cause at the last year i learn many things but i think that many of them don't explain me the real  main of public administration. This year i don´t take extracurricular courses, cause i'm working and i don't have much time, so i expect take a grade the next semester. For the same reazon i don´t participate in others activities in the university and less participate in an organizated group.
Nevertheless, i dont discard to participate in the activities that the eggp performed, cause many activities are very interesting and i don´t want to loss the oportunity of be part of this wonderful oportunities.

My Autobiography

My name is Daniel Maximiliano Verdugo Acevedo, I'm 18 years old . I was born in Santiago on 27th of may in 1996. I studies my elementary in Merryland school, and my highschool in La Salle´s Institute, La Florida. In 2014 I start to study Public Administration when i was 17 years old.
I lives whit my mother, my aunt and my two sisters. I don't live whit my father, but a see him all sundays.
I love play hockey, is my favorite sport and I'm a member of a team called Volcanes and I meet maby places of the country cause I travel a lot whit my team to play championships.
